1. Service Description
DuoMoHui is an AI image generation platform that provides image generation and editing services powered by multiple third-party foundation models. Users enter a prompt or upload a reference image, and the platform invokes models to generate images.
2. Account and Credits
Users register an account via an email verification code. New users receive 1 free generation round (1 image per selected model in that round). Paid credits are obtained by purchasing credit packs or redeeming codes — one-time purchase, no auto-renewal, valid for 180 days from the purchase date.
3. Usage Rules
Users must not use this service to generate content that is illegal, pornographic, violent, infringing, or harmful to others' legitimate rights. The platform reserves the right to restrict non-compliant content and accounts.
4. Content and Copyright
Users are responsible for the prompts they enter and the reference images they upload, and must ensure they hold the corresponding rights. Ownership of AI-generated content is governed by applicable law and third-party model terms; use cautiously for commercial purposes.
5. Refunds and Liability
When generation fails, credits used for that generation are automatically refunded. Except as otherwise required by law, virtual credits are non-refundable once successfully used. For service interruptions caused by force majeure or third-party service failures, the platform's liability does not exceed the amount already paid.
6. Changes to Terms
The platform may update these terms from time to time, and updates will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
